Good dietary sources of vitamin B2 are; Milk, plain natural yogurt, cheddar cheese, eggs, liver, spinach, romaine lettuce, broccoli, Swiss chard, kale, raspberries, strawberries, peas, crimini mushrooms, eggs and soy beans
