Compose LT is designed to support the body’s normal response to stress and may be particularly beneficial for those who struggle to wind down and relax. The two ingredients, milk protein hydrolysate (Lactium®) and L-theanine, both have a calming effect. It can also be taken an hour before bed to support sleep. As a capsule, it is an ideal choice for those who prefer not to take a powdered formula.
One capsule daily, or as directed.
Suitable for vegetarians. Contains milk.

L-theanine 200mg
Ingredients: L-theanine, milk protein hydrolysate (Lactium®) (milk), capsule: vegicaps, stabiliser: microcrystalline cellulose, anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate.
Caution is advised if taking anxiolytic or anti-depressant medication.
This product contains ingredients derived from milk - it is safe for lactose intolerant individuals, but should be avoided by those with a true dairy allergy.
